Exchange policy is only applicable to Stamps and Premium Gifts products that meet either of the following requirements:
- Sent Wrongly
Shop.singpost.com only accept exchange of items within 14 working days of the email confirming shipment, if the following conditions are met:
- Name and order no should be sent to email@example.com stating that you would like to make an exchange.
- In the event if a product is sent wrongly, exchange is only applicable for the product initially ordered.
- If item received is defective, exchange is only applicable for the product ordered.
- Exchanging of goods is only valid once in the event when items are defective or sent wrongly.
- Exchanging of goods will only be shipped upon receiving items that are sent wrongly or defective.
- All postal expenses for sending item(s) back for exchange are to be bear by the purchaser.
